Rates are based on two person occupancy.
There is an advance deposit of 50% of your total stay to reserve your room.
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and Master Card.
Payment for the remainder is due in full upon arrival.
Rates are subject to state and city taxes.
A required two night minimum will occur on special weekends.

Cancellations:
A full refund of your deposit if you cancel 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
If you should cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival you will receive a gift certificate of your deposit for a future stay.
Check in is between 4-6 P.M.
Check-out is 11 A.M.

$62.00 plus tax will include a continental breakfast or $70.00 for a full breakfast
